1. Who We Are

Coach.Win, Inc. ("Coach.Win," "we," "us") operates the GEO Intelligence Report service at apps.coach.win/geo. We are a business coaching company based in Omaha, NE.

2. Information We Collect

When you purchase a Report, we collect:

• Contact information: First name, last name, business email address
• Company information: Company name, website URL, industry
• Payment information: Processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC

We do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, personal addresses, phone numbers, or any information beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your Report: Your website URL is analyzed to generate the GEO Intelligence Report. Your email address is used to deliver the Report.
• To communicate: We may email you about your Report delivery, follow-up questions, or related services from Coach.Win.
• To offer related products and services: By purchasing a Report, you consent to receiving occasional emails from Coach.Win about our coaching services, tools, and resources that may benefit your business. We keep this relevant and infrequent — we're coaches, not spammers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• To improve our service: Aggregate, anonymized data about audit results may be used to improve our analysis methodology.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Stripe: Payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• SMTP2Go: Email delivery (governed by their privacy policy)
• Anthropic: Your website's publicly available content (HTML, not your personal data) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. No personal contact information is included in API calls.

5. Data Security

• All data transmitted to and from our site is encrypted via TLS/SSL
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified)
• Your Report data is stored on our secured server and accessible only to Coach.Win staff

6. Data Retention

We retain your order information and Report data for 12 months after delivery, after which it is deleted. You may request early deletion by emailing elevate@coach.win.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Stripe may set cookies necessary for payment processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
