These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the GEO Intelligence Report ("Report") provided by Coach.Win, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a Report, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The GEO Intelligence Report is an automated analysis of your website's visibility across AI-powered search engines. The Report includes a composite score, category-level analysis across six dimensions, and a prioritized action plan. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and automated tools.

3. Delivery

Reports are delivered to the email address you provide at time of purchase. Delivery is typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In rare cases where automated generation fails, we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund at your choice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• The standard price for a GEO Intelligence Report is $999 USD (one-time purchase).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
• Promotional discount codes may be offered at our discretion. Codes are non-transferable and may have usage limits.

5. Refund Policy

If your Report is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, email elevate@coach.win with your order confirmation. Refunds for delivered Reports are provided at our discretion for quality concerns — contact us and we'll make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

The Report delivered to you is for your internal business use. You may share it with your team, board of directors, and advisors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the Report without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The Report provides analysis and recommendations based on data available at the time of generation. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic improvements, or business outcomes. The Report is informational — not a substitute for professional SEO, marketing, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Report is limited to the amount you paid for that Report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued purchase of Reports after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
